Ticket Purchase Info

Tickets for NOW Arena events may be purchased online at www.nowarena.com or www.ticketmaster.com 

Consumer Warning: NOW Arena uses bar code scanning for ticket admissions. As a result, fans should be careful when purchasing tickets and should ensure that the seller is a NOW Arena licensed ticket seller, such as The Wintrust Box Office at NOW Arena, the NOW Arena official website at www.nowarena.com, or www.ticketmaster.com. Otherwise, you may be purchasing a ticket that is invalid and will be denied admission.

Box Office Hours

The Wintrust Box Office at NOW Arena is open Monday-Friday from 10:00am-5:30pm.

Event Days: Box Office opens three (3) hours prior to event time.

Summer Hours of Operation
Effective Monday, May 12 through Monday, September 8, the Box Office will observe summer hours.

During this period, the Box Office will be open on:
Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Payment

The Wintrust Box Office at NOW Arena ONLY accepts Cash, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

Checks are not accepted.

Premium Seating

Special Needs and Accessible Seating

NOW Arena is ADA compliant for accessibility including restrooms, parking, drop off lanes, and service counters. Accessible seating is located on the NOW Arena floor (subject to event and availability) and main concourse level. Accessible seating may be purchased at www.ticketmaster.com

How to Use Mobile Ticketing

  1. Go to https://am.ticketmaster.com/nowarena on a Mobile Device
  2. Log in to Account Manager using your email address and password
  3. Select the upcoming events
  4. To View Your Tickets
    a. Click “View”
    b. A Mobile ticket will appear for each of your seats.
         i. iOS users can use “Add to Wallet” to store your tickets on your device and retrieve them easily on event day
    c. On the day of your event, scan your Mobile QR code(s) at the gate to enter the NOW Arena.
  5. To Transfer Your Ticket(s) to a friend
    a. Click “Transfer”
    b. Select the seat(s) you wish to transfer and click “Continue”
    c. Select your recipient or choose “New Contact” from the dropdown menu.
    d. Click “Send”
         i. Your recipient will receive an email invitation with a link to accept their ticket(s).

Helpful Tips
• Don’t forget to charge your phone prior to arriving at the arena.
• Toggle your Wi-Fi on and off if you are having trouble loading the webpage.
• If you have forgotten your NOW Arena Account Manager password, click “Forgot Password” to have a reset link sent to your email address on file.

Transfer Tickets

How do I send a ticket?

It’s easy! Using the Ticketmaster app, sign in to your account.

Select View My Tickets, then tap the event you’d like to transfer tickets for.

Tap Transfer, select the ticket/s you’d like to send, and enter the recipient's info.

You’re all set. We’ll send an email to your recipient to accept their tickets right in their account.

Sending multiple tickets? Simply complete the steps above for each ticket.

Does the person I send the tickets to need a Ticketmaster account? 

Yes. If they don’t have one already, they can easily create one in just a few minutes when they accept their tickets.

 What if I forward tickets to the wrong person, can I recall the tickets? 

Yes. You can reclaim tickets as long as they haven’t already been accepted by the recipient. We recommend double-checking the email just to be safe. 

Can ticket holders transfer tickets after the event has started?                                     

Yes. However, you may not sell tickets after the event has begun.

Refund Policy

The resale or attempted resale of tickets at a price higher than the printed value is ground for seizure and cancellation of the ticket without refund or other compensation. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources, lost, stolen, or counterfeit are void. Tickets are NOT redeemable for cash. NO REFUNDS-NO EXCHANGES. EVENT, DATE AND TIME SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

What are the benefits of Digital Tickets?

A Digital Ticket or mobile ticket is a convenient and flexible way to receive and manage tickets while increasing protection against paper ticket fraud. You’re probably already using your smartphone to attend movies or when you travel, so why not for live events? It’s our effort to make your NOW Arena experience the very best. Digital tickets provide?

  • Quick and easy entry to NOW Arena using your mobile phone or smart device
  • Instant access to all your tickets through the Ticketmaster app
  • The ability to manage, send or sell your tickets any time
  • Reduced risk of lost or forgotten tickets
  • An easy way to go green by printing less paper

How much does the app cost?  

The app and mobile ticketing are FREE. There are no costs associated with managing your tickets on your smartphone, including accessing tickets for mobile entry, forwarding tickets or selling tickets online.

How do I get my mobile ticket(s)? 

You can access your tickets through the Ticketmaster mobile app, which can be downloaded for free in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Don't forget to charge your phone battery before heading to the arena, and we strongly recommend adding your ticket(s) to your phone's digital wallet before arrival to avoid any connectivity issues upon entry!

How do I access my tickets on my smartphone?

  • Download the Ticketmaster app from the iTunes App Store or the Google Play Store. Go to “Tickets” or “Manage Tickets.”
  • Browse for the specific event you’re looking for and tap to see your tickets.
  • When you get to NOW Arena, present your smartphone to the guest services representative to have your ticket scanned.
  • If you have guests and multiple tickets on your phone, swipe to navigate between them.

Can I print my ticket from home?

No. With Digital Tickets, all tickets are fully digital and only accessible on your mobile device. Your phone is your ticket.

Can I use a screenshot of my ticket?

No. A mobile ticket must be provided either within the app, the mobile website or within your phone’s wallet to gain entry.

When should I view my ticket?

We recommend that you view and add your tickets to your phone’s wallet at least 48 hours before the event.

What if my phone breaks, dies, or is lost/stolen before I arrive?

Simply come to the box office, present your ID, and we can issue you a printed ticket. 

Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?

Yes. However, we recommend transferring any tickets you’re holding in advance to everyone attending. Everyone can enter on their own, explore the venue, and you can meet at your seats.

 

What if my entire party isn’t with me when I’m ready to enter?        

 Ticketmaster makes it easy to send tickets to everyone in your party in advance. You can easily Transfer each member their own ticket in advance, allowing everyone to enter on their own.

What if I do not have a smartphone or need help on event day due to issues with my mobile device?  

If you have purchased tickets and do not have access to a smartphone, please contact the Box Office at BoxOffice@NOWArena.com or 847-649-2270 with your Ticketmaster confirmation number for assistance.

If you are having trouble with your device, we encourage you to visit the Wintrust Box Office located on the west side of the arena on event day. Please have a valid ID for the name on the account.

What if I lose connectivity/can’t connect to my account at NOW Arena?

Our app includes an offline mode that helps to save tickets after you view them. Once the tickets have been added to your account, you will be able to access them regardless of internet connectivity. To ensure seamless entry, we highly recommend adding your tickets to your phone’s digital wallet before arriving at the game. If you have an iPhone, you can store your tickets in your Apple Wallet. If you’re an Android user, you can save your tickets to your phone through Google Pay.

Your Phone Is Your Ticket

All fans are required to enter the NOW Arena using a mobile ticket. No printouts or screenshots will be accepted at entry gates. 

You can find full instructions below, but we strongly recommend fans follow these important tips:

  • Complete your profile and connect your Ticketmaster account prior to gameday 
  • Add your ticket(s) to your phone's digital wallet before arrival to avoid any connectivity issues
  • Please Note: Adding tickets to a digital wallet is optional. It is not necessary to gain entry. You can access your tickets from the Ticketmaster App or by going to www.ticketmaster.com on your mobile browser if you are experiencing issues adding tickets to a digital wallet.
  • We encourage you to then tap on "Save to Phone", "Add to Apple Wallet", "Save to Google Pay", "Save to Passbook", whatever language your device uses, to save the ticket in your smartphone's wallet for later use and easy access when you arrive at the NOW Arena.
  • Transfer each person in your party their own ticket to streamline entry 
  • Don't forget to charge your phone battery before heading to the arena!
