Excision FAQ
All seating for this show is General Admission. The floor is first come first serve. Wristbands for the floor are limited and floor access will be cut off once we reach capacity.
Per Cook County, patrons must show proof of vaccination as well as wear a mask except when actively eating or drinking.
Please note that requirements and venue protocols are subject to change, such as testing and vaccination, so be sure to check back closer to your event date for the latest information.
Unvaccinated fans with a valid medical restriction & medical note will be required to take a COVID-19 diagnostic test within 24 hours before entry to the facility, and will provide proof of negative result prior to entering the venue.
Accepted forms of vaccination proof are:
- Pictures of the vaccination card (picture of both front & back)
- Health passports
- Physical vaccination card
Please note final vaccine dose must have been administered 14 days prior to event entry (February 18th and 19th, respectively).
Please make transportation arrangements prior to the show. There is no public transportation at the arena and we anticipate that Ride Share companies such as Uber and Lyft may be overwhelmed.
We strongly advise that you secure taxi service, limos, or pick-up ahead of time.
There are some local taxi and limo services (listed below) that can get you to and from the arena if necessary.

Parking will be $20. Exact change is advised to speed up parking. Oversized vehicles taking up more than one spot will be charged $60.
Parking will be available starting at 3:30pm on both days.
Please do not arrive any earlier. You will not be permitted on property until the parking lot opens. Overnight parking is prohibited.

Drop-Off Lanes will be available in our East lot. Please follow the signs to the correct drop-off location.
Pick-Up lanes will be available at Main Event Entertainment directly across from NOW Arena. Please input 2575 Pratum Avenue, Hoffman Estates IL as your desired address for ease of access to the pick-up location.
We highly recommend setting up a pick-up time ahead of time to ensure that you will have a ride at the end of the show.

NOW Arena has implemented a Clear Bag Policy that can be found HERE. A maximum size clear bag of 12"x6"x12" is permitted. Exceptions will be made for medical, family, or childcare bags or small clutches no larger than 4.5”x6.5.
Fanny packs that are roughly the same size as the parameters above will be permitted.

*Special note about prescription and OTC medications:
Prescription medications are allowed only in the original prescription bottle. Any guests attempting to bring in prescription medication must have a government-issued photo identification card that matches the name on the prescription and the pills in the bottle must match the description printed on the prescription.
Over-the-counter medications are allowed in provided that they are new and in the original factory-sealed container.

Any items deemed to be dangerous/unacceptable by event/building management.
We prefer that you don't…but we get it, totems are fun. You can bring one, just make sure it’s constructed on a cardboard tube (no other materials will be allowed).
Totems cannot be dangerous to public safety. They will be inspected at the entrance.
We will not have a coat check for this event.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the arena, including vapor electronic cigarettes. We will have designated smoking areas available for this event that will be clearly marked with signage.
All cigarette packages and non-refillable electronic or vapor cigarettes must be factory sealed upon entry.
We encourage you to dress appropriately for the weather. Entry into the arena will take time due to security screening and customers will need to wait outside following the show for pick-up.
Re-entry into the arena is prohibited.
No refunds, no exchanges. Artists are subject to change without notice and no refunds will be issued for artist cancellations.
